Apple racked up record profits thanks to a continuing surge in iPhone sales, suggesting that the Covid-inspired sales boom shows little sign of abating.
Revenues rose by 36 per cent to $81.4 billion — a record for its third quarter and higher than the $73 billion consensus forecast — amid robust demand across its slate of gadgets.
