Alex Scott has been announced as a pitchside reporter in FIFA 22, making her the first ever female voice to feature in the EA Sports' video game.
Scott earned 140 caps for England during her 16-year playing career which saw her turn out for Arsenal, Birmingham and US side Boston Breakers.
The 36-year-old, who has a degree in sports journalism and broadcasting, is one of the most well-known female pundits with roles across the BBC and Sky Sports.
Alex Scott will become the first ever female voice to feature in EA Sports' FIFA franchise
She was announced as the new host of the BBC's Football Focus in May, replacing Dan Walker - who stepped down after 12 years in the role.
Scott was also part of the BBC's coverage of Euro 2020 and has regularly worked as a pundit for Premier League games broadcast on Sky Sports.
FIFA replaced commentators Martin Tyler and Alan Smith with Derek Rae and Lee Dixon in 2019 and the franchise are changing things up again for their latest game.
PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe was also unveiled as the new cover star of the FIFA 2022 game
They announced earlier this month that PSG's Kylian Mbappe would be the cover star, replacing Eden Hazard following the Real Madrid forward's poor season.
Now their commentators have also been confirmed, with former Arsenal and West Ham player Stewart Robson joining Scott as a new addition.
Robson joined the Gunners' in-house media channel, Arsenal TV, following his retirement and has since worked for ESPN, talkSPORT and is a co-commentator for BT Sport's Italian football coverage.

FIFA introduced women's international teams into their game in 2015, giving fans the opportunity to play as some of the biggest female stars.
However, they are yet to introduce women's domestic teams and it is unclear whether FIFA 22 will introduce that option.
The 30th edition of the EA Sports game will be available to buy on October 1.
