Apple One Subscription Announced Alongside New Fitness+ Workout Service - IGN - IGN

Apple has been building a fleet of services over the years including iCloud, Apple News+, Music, Arcade, and TV, and today they're finally joining together into single combined service called Apple One alongside the newly announced Apple Fitness+.Apple One will be available in Fall 2020 with three separate plans;

Individual

  • $14.95/month
  • Includes iCloud (50GB), Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade
Family
  • $19.95/month
  • Includes iCloud (200GB), Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade
Premier
  • $29.95/month
  • Includes iCloud (2TB), Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+

As for Apple's new Fitness+ service, it will provide "world-class workouts by the world's top trainers."

It is set to launch in late 2020 and will offer new workouts every week and will be powered by Apple Watch.

Those who subscribe at $9.99/month or $79.99/year will be able to participate in 10 types of workouts - Yoga, Cycling, Dance, Treadmill Walk, Treadmill Run, Strength, Core, HIIT, Rowing, and Mindful Cooldowns.

All subscribers will have to do is start the Fitness+ app on their iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV and they will be greeted with a ton of workouts, wherever they are. It "dynamically integrates your personal metrics from Apple Watch, along with the best of Apple Music, to inspire like no other workout in the world."

All of the key metrics, like heart rate an Activity rings, will animate and appear on-screen to help "celebrate your effort." Additionally, a new Burn Bar will appear for some competition to show how you measure up against others doing the same workouts.

Current Apple Watch owners will get a 1-month free trial, while new Apple Watch owners will get a 3-month one. An Apple Fitness+ subcription can also be shared with up to 5 family members.

Apple also revealed the new iPad Air, the Apple Watch Series 6, a new 8th generation iPad, and revealed that iOS 14 will be launching tomorrow, September 16.
