All 105 returning pokémon in The Isle Of Armor DLC leaked - Metro.co.uk

Dataminers have discovered a list of all the pre-existing pokémon that will be added to Pokémon Sword/Shield via the new DLC expansion.

The Isle Of Amor, the first of two expansions for Pokémon Sword and Shield, has now been released but Nintendo did not send copies out early, so it’ll be some days before there’ll be any reviews.

The expansion adds a whole new open world area to the game, as well as several brand-new pokémon, gigantamax forms for some Gen I favourites, and a number of returning ones that have been in previous titles but aren’t in Sword and Shield.

It’s those returning ones that are of most interest to some fans as it means the game gets closer to including every pokémon ever created, something that previous games have done but which developer Game Freak claimed was impossible for Sword and Shield because of the workload involved in updating all the graphics.

The furore over Sword and Shield became known as Dexit, in reference to the fact that there’s no national pokédex, just the standard one that features the pokémon that can be caught directly in the game (still a sizeable number by any measure).

Well, now that number has grown considerably, and will again when the second expansion, called The Crown Tundra, is released later in the year.

For now though, here’s the datamined list of returning pokémon, which come from self-styled ‘pokémon researcher’ SciresM.

Because this is datamined information and not direct verification there’s a chance some of the information is wrong, due to last minute changes, but everything at the moment suggests this is correct.

If you want to read it though you’ll have to scroll down though, as some will consider this spoiler information.

The Isle Of Armor is out now for Nintendo Switch but cannot be bought separately, only as part of the Expansion Pass with The Crown Tundra – which costs £26.99.
